Great company to work with. Nice to see a company who takes care of their properties and their tenants. They are concerned about the safety of their tenants and make sure things are well taken care of.

Sarah is great on everything she does. She is most excellent when it comes to customer service. She is always available to take your phone calls or to solve any problem over the phone. She is great at getting back to you right away, either over the phone, text or email, we love working with her. Great job and keep it up Sarah.

During the recent freeze we had multiple units flood from burst pipes and the team at Total Property had us covered they were able to have our units repaired the same day and kept clear communication. I spoke with Sarah, she was very involved, very helpful and she followed up to check if there was anymore help needed I was very impressed and will be recommending this management team to other associates.

We are currently having an issue with our elevator. I have contacted our property manager, Sarah Paulette, regarding this. She has been very quick and thorough in her responses. She has shown she understands and cares how this issue is/ has affected the residents of Sky Terrace.

We appreciate the communication and concern for our property issues.

Sarah Paulette is good to her vendors with a strong emphasis on clear communication up front between me (the contractor) and her clients. Her expectations of work performed are high just as they should be. I'm always able to get updates on bids provided which puts Sarah at the top of my list for site visits when she asks for them. I'd suggest Sarah and TPMS to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Worked with Chase from Total Management Property to rent a SFH and experience was seamless. I loved it and recommend anyone to work with them.

From start to end he was very responsive and helpfull. It took less than a day with him to get my lease signed. He took care of my move in date and got inspection done quickly.

I am very pleased with TPM as my property management company. They helped me sell my townhouse with ease so when it came to rent out my house in Puyallup, they were my first call. Karla had our place rented out within a week and haven't had any issues at all. I would totally recommend TPM.

Great management company! Their maintenance crew takes wonderful care of all of our properties needs, and they are always quick to respond and react. Rachel comes out for our HOA meetings, and seems to be more prepared than we are most times. Thanks for the wonderful work everyone!
